Maintenance
African Fiesta has an in-house maintenance team to take care of your property when the need arises. We will communicate any eventualities prior to commencing with any work which requires to be done.
Regular Reporting
You will receive a monthly report on your property for purposes of transparency. Regular property audits are done to ensure that content remains up to date.
Concierge
We remain at your guests' disposal for any eventualities. Should emergencies arise we will be first responders to assist your guests 24/7.
Cleaning & Laundry Service
African Fiesta does a deep clean of all properties between guests and an apartment clean weekly during a guest's stay with fresh linen and towels.
Personal Meet and Greet
We will meet and greet your guests to familiarise them with your property and welcome them to the Mother City. Any additional requests will be addressed upon arrival.
